SATISFACTION.
Any new, properly installed, quality heating and air conditioning system should be virtually trouble-free. However, in the unlikely case, Busby's Heating & Air installs a nuisance system or has unresolved problems. We will make any repairs, replace the equipment, or even return your money within the first year to ensure your total satisfaction.
COMFORT.
If your system breaks down and cannot be repaired within 24 hours of your first call (within the first year after installation), we will install temporary cooling or heating or pay for you and your family to stay in comfortable accommodations until we can resolve the unfortunate conditions.
HEAT EXCHANGER.
Most furnaces come with at least a 20-year warranty on the heat exchanger. However, it doesn’t make any sense to replace the heart of the system instead of just replacing the whole furnace. That’s why if your heat exchanger fails in the first 5 years after installation, we will furnish a new furnace — free of charge. After that, a minimal installation fee will be charged.
COMPRESSOR.
As a heat exchanger in a furnace, the compressor in an air conditioner is the system’s heart. Likewise, if your compressor fails in the first five years, we will replace it at no charge, or we will replace the entire outdoor unit for a minimal installation fee.
DUCTWORK.
Any new ductwork that is installed during your system replacement is guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 5 years.
Disclosure: Above guarantees are void if problems are caused by acts of God, high voltage surge, abuse of the system, or non-compliance to manufacturer instructions or recommendations. In addition, annual maintenance by our company is required to keep guarantees and all manufacturer warranties in force. The guarantees are immediately voided if anyone other than Busby’s authorized technician performs work on the system.
