A Busby's technician came out after normal hours to help us out when the a/c went out and it was approaching over 90 in the children's bedrooms. He got it fixed temporarily until new parts came in. Repairs were made quickly once the materials arrived. Busby's worked hard to get our a/c back up, which was terrific given the heat.

I realize this may be the 'slow season' for HVAC work, but I especially appreciate the speed with which our call was answered. The problem was discovered early on a Saturday morning - within 2 hours the Technician arrived and fixed the problem. Also appreciate not having to pay overtime for Saturday as most HVAC companies do. The person receiving the call, and the Technician were extremely courteous and professional. We signed up for a Comfort Club Membership (ESA Maintenance) because of this.
